BOXES

The boxes are for the most part hand-made, distressed, filled with collage, assemblage, text and found objets d'art. Collages inspired by Kurt Schwitters. Themes that range from celestial to baseball to favorite icons from the pre war blues age to poets and writers that have inspired me over the years.In other words all the things that have made my life what it is for the past forty years or so with of course a major influence and inspiration being the master boxmaker Joseph Cornell.
